And it is not good news. Supposedly, they could not get my doctors on the phone so they could tell them in words what they have already told them on paper and they are extending the decision again till my doctors tell them AGAIN what they have told them four or five time. Maybe more ... to be honest I have lost count. This time till October 2. That is another 8 weeks with out pay. They win and there is not a FUCKING thing I can do about it.
Bank of America and Aetna RULE. They are the best at destroying people's live. WE should give them an award.
I worked for Bank of America for 7 years. Short Term Disability is supposedly a benefit of employment at Bank of America. I would say this is false advertisement. Shame on them!
